Chicken Chase Timing
Thanks to generous donations from Friends of Zayvier, we have been able to acquire a new Chip Timing System which provides state-of-the-art accurate timing. This will make the timing process quicker and smoother than ever before! Expect results in no time.
How It Works
Each participant wears small RFID timing tags that are attached by safety pins to the outside of the shorts/pants at the thigh. As you pass across the finish line, antennas read the chip on your shoes and record the exact time you cross.
The system organizes finishers by gender, age group and race distance, so we are able to provide results quickly and accurately. You find out very shortly after the race your time, your overall finish position and your ranking in your gender's age group.
Paying It Forward
Since acquiring this system we have decided to help other races by making this timing system available to other local races for a minimal fee. Using this system we can time runs, walks and even snowshoe races - whether a single distance, multiple distances or even wave starts.
We can make the most difficult and stressful part of race day much easier and less stressful without costing thousands of dollars like timing companies do. By simply importing your start list and syncing your bibs with our timing chips we can give you remarkably accurate results that will make your event top-notch.
