Zayvier's Chicken Chase is in memory of Zayvier Michael Barnes, whom we lost in November 2012 at the age of 9 following a tragic car accident. He was a caring boy with a big heart and touched many lives during his short time on earth.
One of his favorite “holidays” was the Eleva Broiler Fest. Please join our walk/run to help keep his memory alive and to make something good come from something bad.

Thanks to everyone who contributed and supported our efforts to complete Memorial Trail behind Eleva Lake Park!
We are so pleased to have this new 3/4 mile trail for walking, running and snowshoeing around the Eleva Broiler Festival grounds. The views at the top of the hill are well worth the effort to get there and there is a special spot to relax and remember with benches and a perfect spot for a picnic overlooking all of Eleva.

Due to the continued generosity and support of our great community, the second phase of our Memorial Park improvement project, the addition of a Zip Line to the playground, was completed in 2023.
Kids and kids-at-heart can now enjoy zipping through the park on our zip line! This popular addition to our little park in the heart of town is sure to thrill and satisfy our park visitors for years to come! Thank you to everyone who helped make this project possible!
